Our engineers craft cartons that are as clever as they are eco-friendly. By reducing weight, optimising materials, and improving structural efficiency, every design is built to perform while minimising environmental impact.

Circular Manufacturing
Waste doesn’t stand a chance. Nearly all production by-products — paperboard, plastics, metals — are recycled. Wood pallets are reused or repurposed, office waste is fully diverted from landfill, and any remaining materials are processed responsibly. Most of what we produce never ends up in a landfill.

Powered by Clean Energy
Three of our sites run on solar power, cutting carbon emissions and keeping our operations clean and sustainable.

Responsible Sourcing
TCPAK proudly holds Forest Stewardship Council? (FSC?) Chain of Custody certification, ensuring our materials are responsibly sourced and fully traceable from forest to finished carton.
